At Elixir Skin Spa, client satisfaction is of paramount importance. If you are not blissfully happy and dying to return, we want to hear about it straight away. We endeavor to provide therapeutic relaxation, rejuvenating skin treatments and the best waxing experience to be had. If your visit is ever less than perfect, please tell us so that we can make things right. Moreover, suggestions are always welcome.

We at Elixir Skin Spa are very happy that we have been chosen to help you with your waxing and skin care needs. Below you will find policies and recommended spa etiquette that will help everyone have the best possible experience. Please read them completely and ask us any questions you may have. We also ask that you check out our FAQ pages prior to your appointment for tips, facts and general helpful information about your appointment – particularly Brazilian Waxing.
As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
For changes made inside the 24 hour period or appointments missed outright, clients will incur a charge of 50% of the service that must be paid before rescheduling. An invoice for the charge will be sent that enables credit card payments.
Once paid, online booking will be restored.
Services in a discounted package will incur a forfeit of one visit if 24 hours notice is not provided.
To facilitate a relaxing experience, we ask that you arrive five minutes early to your appointment. As a new client, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire that gives us the necessary health information to safely meet your skincare and/or waxing needs. This information is used only for treatment purposes and is completely confidential. You may be asked to update this paperwork biannually.
We understand that our clients have very busy lives and therefore, have unexpected things that come up. If you are running late, please try to call us. Chances are, if you are only 5 to 10 minutes behind, we can try our best to fit you in, otherwise just get to us safely and we’ll do our best to make sure you get your service. (Longer services such as facials may have to be shortened). We will make every effort to give you the full appointment time, short of inconveniencing the next client's appointment.
CHILDREN….we love them but…….unless your child is receiving a treatment, we ask that you not bring them with you to your appointment. For the safety, utmost service quality, and relaxation of all our guests we ask that children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area.
Cell phone ring tones do not constitute spa music. For everyone’s relaxation, we ask that all phones and electronic devices be adjusted to a "silent" setting.
We want all of our guests to have a peaceful and relaxing experience. We request that you lower your voice when talking so as not to disturb the other guests.
Packages and Gift Certificates
All treatment packages are non-refundable and are to be used on the treatment purchased within the usage period.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have a 12 month expiration date from date of purchase. They can be redeemed for products, services and gratuity.
We gladly accept cash, all major debit or credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. We also accept Apple Pay.
Gratuity given to your service provider is at your complete discretion.
It is always appreciated but never expected.
Please advise us of any health issues such as high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy, or any condition that may prohibit a particular treatment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.
Elixir Skin Spa requires signed parental consent before any services can be performed on a person under the age of 18. The consenting parent must stay on site through the end of the service(s).
Clients with Disabilities
When booking services on Schedulicity or over the telephone, please inform us if you would like any assistance so that we can help you comfortably enter and exit our facilities. Our office is handicap-accessible but we would like to make things as stress-free as possible for all our clients. Service animals are welcomed.
